First Aid courses
Our First Aid training courses are a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical sessions that are designed to develop ability and most importantly practical confidence. The HSE no longer approve First Aid courses. However our courses are fully accredited QCF level 2 & 3 qualifications so you can be sure they meet the legal and moral responsibilities that all employers must adhere to. On completion of training candidates will receive an accredited certificate.

McCann are a JAUPT approved Driver CPC training centre. We deliver a range of courses that are fully compliant with DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) and JAUPT requirements to qualify LGV drivers with their 35 hours of Periodic Driver CPC training.
Periodic Driver CPC training is continuous professional development for drivers. It carries on throughout the driver’s career, no matter how infrequently they drive and requires those who drive for a living to complete 35 hours of approved training every 5 years.
On completion of 35 hours of training drivers receive their DQC (Drivers Qualification Card) automatically from DVSA.
We hold weekly open courses in Nottingham but can also deliver courses at client premises (minimum numbers apply).
