Course Aims: This 2 hour session can be delivered on site and is primarily to make delegates aware of their legal obligations with regards to the environment. Aimed at all site staff as an initial introduction to the subject.

Objectives: On completion of the course, learners will:

• Have a basic understanding of the requirements under environmental legislation
• Understand the importance of environmental incidents reporting
• Understand how their job role and how they perform it impacts upon the environment
