We attended the APSE Annual Seminar in Edinburgh after achieving approved partner status

In September we were delighted to be in attendance at the Association for Public Service Excellence (APSE) Seminar in Edinburgh, as we were officially unveiled as an approved partner.

The seminar, held in the historic Scottish capital, focused on excellence in frontline services across the UK, with a programme of events taking place across three days.

This annual event provides a great opportunity for delegates and suppliers to network and share ideas, as well as listen to guest speakers from across a range of industries on important topics.

Working on a not-for-profit basis and owned by its members, APSE is dedicated to promoting excellence in the delivery of frontline services to local communities around the UK. Through the extensive APSE network, more than 250 local authorities and organisations are able to share information and expertise and ask for advice and innovative solutions in order to develop new, viable ways forward in a collaborative partnership.

Our stand was well attended across the three day event and we were delighted to have our approved partner status confirmed, as well as having the opportunity to meet departing APSE chairman Archie Dryburgh and newly appointed chair, John Kerr-Brown.

Becoming an approved partner opens a number of doors for us, providing us with a voice through which we can share expertise with local authorities and fellow members as well as the chance to gather valuable insights on the subjects of civil and electrical engineering and infrastructure.
