Speak to our team at the APSE Highways, Street Lighting and Winter Maintenance Seminar in Blackpool this March
Our team will be exhibiting at the Association of Public Service Excellence’s Highways, Street Lighting and Winter Maintenance Seminar in Blackpool from the 19th – 20th March at the Grand Hotel on the town’s north promenade.
This very popular two-day networking event welcomes over 100 local authority Senior Officers, Managers, Directors and Heads of Service from councils across the UK. It’s also a great event for other civil and electrical engineering firms to attend and exhibit at with areas being discussed including highways and roads, street lighting, winter maintenance and traffic management.
A dedicated trade exhibition area will allow suppliers to display and demonstrate products and services, raise their profile and network with a targeted audience of senior decision makers and budget holders, as well as individuals looking for solutions to drive innovation and efficiency within local authorities.
A series of talks will also take place across the two days, including sessions covering the ambitions for highways, collaborative delivery through public-private partnerships, climate change and apprenticeships and skilling within highways and street lighting.
Keynote speakers include Paul O’Brien, Chief Executive of APSE, Richard Hayes, Chief Executive of the Institute of Highways and Gary Kemp, Policy Advisor for the Department of Transport.
To finish the two day event the annual Innovation Awards will take place with winners announced for Winter Maintenance and Winter Resilience Services, Street Lighting and Highways Maintenance Services and the Highways and Street Lighting Apprentice of the Year award.
As a member of the Association for Public Service Excellence since 2018, we will be exhibiting across both days, with our team on hand to answer questions and provide information about our range of services available to the industry.
We very much look forward to discussing the latest innovations and changes within the industry at this special APSE winter event.
