Silence is Consent

The recent Quarterly Operational Meeting saw the launch of an improved ‘Near Miss’ recognition and reporting system, with an improved tool box talk developed in-house by John Harte and Padraic Sweeney delivered to those present in conjunction with the Highway Agencies ‘Silence is Consent’ DVD.   The talk and DVD will be rolled out as part of our ongoing programme of tool box talks to all sites in the coming months, and linked to a revised reporting form, to reinforce and enhance this vital area of our future Health and Safety management.
