Faster than the speed of light

As part of our contractual commitment to North East Lincolnshire Council our term contract team based in Grimsby undertook to repair reported faults within 3.5 days.  To date they have achieved a consistent result of fault repairs being completed within 2.8 days.  Best practise developed and employed to deliver this outstanding level of service, will be implemented across the rest of the maintenance division as part of our lessons learnt and ongoing work winning strategy.
