Corey Twells wins Employee of the Month for August

We are proud to announce that apprentice electrician, Corey Twells, has been named as our Employee of the Month for August!

Every month we recognise the hard work of one of our employees that has particularly stood out to staff members in recent weeks.

During his apprenticeship, Corey has demonstrated a constant willingness to learn and develop his skills and electrical understanding at all times, as well as a drive to continually improve the quality of his work.

He was also the only apprentice electrician to successfully pass his electrical qualification exams this year – a fantastic achievement for our young employee.

As a thank you and a sign of our appreciation for all his hard work, we are pleased to present Corey with £50 worth of high street shopping vouchers. Corey has only recently returned from holiday, so we are only now able to present him with his hard-earned vouchers.

After receiving his award, Corey said “it feels great to be named Employee of the Month and came as a complete surprise to me. It is always nice to know that hard work is appreciated and recognised, and I would like to say a big thank you to the team at McCann for aiding me with my development within my electrical apprenticeship”.

Speaking about Corey’s achievements, Ben Feltham, Lean/Quality Manager added “I would like to extend my personal congratulations to Corey for all his hard work, and for demonstrating continual improvement during his apprenticeship with us. Winning employee of the month shows just how much Corey has developed, and I’m sure we will hear many more great things about him in the future”.
